Order placement & Pricing terms
- ACCEPTANCE AND TERMS
All use and purchases made on this Site are governed by these Terms although the Terms governing any given use or purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order or specific use. If you use or order products after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each use or order to ensure that you understand the precise Terms applicable to your Site visit or purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms have changed since your most recent order we will display the date when these Terms were most recently updated.
We sell products only to end-users.
We will confirm your order that is placed directly by using the www.foldbyanushayadav.com Site with a message on the Site immediately after you have confirmed your order and by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us or mobile number you have provides to us.
Please note that the order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Subject to our cancellation rights, acceptance of your order and completion of the order will take place when we despatch the products to you.
Before placing an order, you are advised to check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
- PRODUCT PRICING
The prices stated on the Site will be inclusive of any GST payable.
Each order you make may include a charge for delivery. If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon, amongst other things, the value of your order, the date and time of your delivery and any additional options you may pick.
- PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment may be made by debit card, credit card, internet banking and some wallets. We do not accept orders by cheque.
The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by us are those listed on the Site on the date on which your order is placed. We do not save any data related to net banking, credit card, debit card, wallets etc. of any of our customers.
- We do not offer payment by EMI options on any products.
- OUT OF STOCK
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the Site are available in stock for dispatch. However, in case we have an availability issue, we will offer you the option for the order cancellation, and process a refund.
- PRODUCT RETURN
We advise that you inspect the products promptly at the time of delivery and installation and notify us of any mishandling promptly as soon as possible on at hello@foldbyanushayadav.com for us to take best possible action to resolve the issue. - SEVERABILITY

In any event whatsoever, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of products to you under this contract will be limited to the remedy as set out in our Refund Policy and in no event more than the retail price of the products contained in that order.
We nor any of our subsidiaries will be liable to any entity for any indirect, special, consequential or other damages that are related to the use of, or the inability to use, the content, materials, and functions of the site or any linked website.
- INDEMNITY & RELEASE
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations or the rights of a third party.
