REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

FOLD does not accept any returns or cancellations, but we can exchange defective or incorrect items. You must notify support@foldbyanushayadav.com within 72 hours of receiving product because no concerns can be addressed post 72 hours and a collection will be organised by us. Please retain original packaging. Item remains customer’s responsibility until collection. Exchange will be processed after item collection and inspection at our studio. There will be certainly be no return, refund or cancellation for customer dislike. 

    • You must notify us of the issue with your product along with photographs of the package, by email at support@foldbyanushayadav.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. If we do not receive a notification from you within 72 hours, we will unable to address your concerns.
    • We will email you to notify you whether your exchange /replacement has been accepted. Once you’ve received an email confirming the exchange, please allow 5-10 working days for it to be reprocessed.
    •  Any exchange or replacement will only be processed once the incorrect or defected order has reached us, and we have determined that the goods within are in the exact condition as they were sent.
    • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession/custody, failing which we may have a right to compensation from you.

In rare circumstances, if refunds are processed, they will be done as per the mode of payment you used to pay for your order:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI. The order amount will be remitted back to your card or net-banking account. The process takes a maximum of 5-7 business days to have the amount reflect in your card / UPI/ net-banking account.
