SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
- TERMS
- An approximate number of Delivery days will be as specified on the product page.
- Deliveries will be made to the delivery address specified by you when you place an order on the Site.
- We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
- Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of products supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardises availability for other customers.
- We will always try to supply you with the full quantity and accurate product that you have ordered. In any event, our liability will be limited to the price of the products not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.
- We take special care to endeavor that deliveries are made on time and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery day. We may ask that an appropriate person signs for the products on delivery.
- Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late delivery. If that is the case, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as we are able to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event, our liability to you will be limited to a return of the price of products not delivered and the cost of delivery.
- Should you fail to be present for your delivery (or in cases where the wrong address is provided) we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of product and the cost of delivery.
- The confirmation e-mail you receive from us confirming your order will set out the last time that, you may amend your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
- You can change the address you have registered on the Site through the “Address Change” feature. This will not change the address for any orders where you have received our confirmation email.
- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10-15 Days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
